• General Requirements :

 

     Power of Attorney (POA) 

    Assignment of right from  Inventor to Applicant, if the

        applicant is not the inventor

    Certified of priority documents on claiming priority.

    Specification of patent in English version, as well as description,

        abstract, claims, and drawing.

                 

• PCT National Phase in Indonesia :

 

    The deadline  for  entry  into  the national phase  in Indonesia

        under Chapter  I of PCT is 30 months from the priority date and 31 

        months for Chapter II.

    Requirements :

        - PCT International Application Number 

        - A simply-signed Power of Attorney -  no legalization is required 

        - A simply-signed Assignment of right from Inventor to Applicant

          if the applicant is not the inventor - no legalization is required

        - Specification of patent in English version, as well as description,

           abstract, claims, and drawing.
